If your door uses Italpannelli panels, the motor and remote will come from a different maker, and we identify that from the label on the motor head. Tell us the operator brand or send a photo and we will advise on repair. If you only have the door and no operator, we can fit one that suits the weight of the panels.

Sometimes. It depends on whether a matching panel is available in the same size, profile, thickness and finish, and on how the hinges and rollers connect. A bottom panel hit by a car is the most common replacement. We measure the panel and check the door system before ordering, because a section that does not match will leave a visible step and can affect the seal. If a match is not possible, we will explain whether replacing the whole door makes more sense.
